EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY INFO
An exchange is only allowed for these following items:
1) Wrong item received.
2) Defective item received.
Defective i.e. malfunction of item (fail to function normally)
We reserve the right to request for photos or videos of the defect and inspect the item at our own cost and risk to determine if a defect exists.
The item must remain UNUSED and UNSEALED (for miswak) and UNTEMPERED.
We do not allow exchange once the item is not in its original, resalable condition.
Please take note that exchanges can only be done for the exact same item (same colour) and is subjected to availability.
Sale and discounted item(s) are not eligible for exchange or refund.
A refund is only allowed if the same item as the wrong/defective item received is no longer available for exchange.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to you via bank transfer. You are to provide the correct banking details for the refund.
Exchange or Refund Process
We aim to make your shopping process an enjoyable experience. Hence, our exchange or refund process is made to be hassle-free.
1) After you have received the wrong/defective item, you have 24 hours to email us at email@example.com
2) Please note that any exchange request that is submitted beyond 24 hours upon receiving the item will not be entertained. We will refer to the Pos Laju system timestamp to determine the validity period for all exchange requests.
3) Upon receiving the exchange approval from us, you are required to the return the item to our address within 7 days via the courier method of your choice. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Please ensure to package the item well to prevent any damages and we strongly recommendusing a traceable delivery method such as registered mail or courier service.
We reserve the right to refuse/reject any requests if the returned item fails to reach us within
7 days or if it is not in its original, resalable condition.
4) If the same item as your returned wrong/defective item is no longer available for exchange, we will inform you via email and request for your banking details to initiate a refund to you via bank transfer. The refund will include the cost of your return shipping.
